ELLIOTT REYNOLDS DIRECTOR CLAY CORE PTY LTD

Venco is an internationally  renowned manufacturer and exporter of high quality equipment for ceramics artists and the pottery industry. Venco manufacture a range of potters wheels, pug mills, clay extruders, and slab rollers. Venco equipment is internationally recognised for quality and reliability. Venco have been exporting pugmills and potters wheels internationally since 1972. Over this span of almost five decades, Venco have sold over 40,000 wheels and more than 9000 pugmills.

Venco founder Mr Geoffrey Hill sadly passed away in 2018 after a short battle with a very aggressive form of cancer. All those who knew Geoff knew of his great passion for Venco, to which he tirelessly worked at over four decades.

Geoffs grandson Elliott completed an apprenticeship with Geoff in 2013 at the Venco factory in Kelmscott, Western Australia. After three years Elliott had completed a Fitter and Turner apprenticeship, before beginning his own business in Albany. Elliotts first business, Axis Fabrication and Machining specialises in the production of stainless steel 4WD accessories. Axis Fabrication and Machining has both Australian and International stockists as well as an online store. Elliott expressed great interest in continuing the Venco legacy and took over the business in November 2019 under the company name ClayCore PTY LTD moving production to Albany, Western Australia.

2020 represents a new beginning for Venco, but the passion for producing high quality Australian made ceramics equipment remains the same since 1972.
